Happy New Years guys!!!

For most of us Wavo’s, I cant believe were finally here…year 12! The big year, the one that actually counts. I can remember so clearly us all in yr 6 thinkin how cool it will be in high school…and now were almost at the end.

So as excited as I am to be finally starting this year, I’m also sad…and a smidgen scared. Not because of the work, but because I know this is the last year at Waverley and the last year to spend with all my wonderful friends. Waverley is such a big component of my life…everyday for the last 13 or so years, this is where I’ve been – It’s practically my life (how frightening, I know) and now after everything, after every moment, every laugh…im just going to leave. Never to laugh with the teachers, share wacky convo’s with ppl I barely know, be admired by the littlies, share the gossip with my friends or participate in any of the Waverley activities. Just walk away. And the scareiest…Ill not be seeing all these beautiful ppl on a day to day basis any more…what used to be a “goodbye for now, Ill see u on Monday” will soon not exist.

Aside from everything else, you gurls are my whole world. You’ve been there since yr1 (and for Anna….yr 4) and no matter what, we’ve always remained “us”. Through thick and thin we’ve never faltered in our friendship. And saying goodbye for the last time to our life at Wav…is so not gonna be easy. I can guarantee – there will be tears!

So gurls lets Lock and Load, Rock and Ruin and have the most incredible year to top off all the others!
